Qigong live-streamed Saturdays from noon to 1 pm!
** You are invited to try your first class for free! Continuing Qigong students choose a payment option that fits their budget.
Click HERE to register for our Saturday live-stream Qigong classes taught by senior NY School of Tai Chi Chuan instructors, 12-1 pm ET.
Our Qigong is highly recommended for all levels, from brand-new students to experienced practitioners. These classes teach the essence of tai chi through basic tai chi principles, including relaxed movement, balance, and energy flow, in an accessible format that does not require memorizing a long series of postures.
Our QiGong, Roots & Branches 5 Element QiGong™, is based on the Cheng Man Ch’ing Style T’ai Chi form (also known as Yang Style short form) and is unique in the world of qigong.
For Qigong live-stream on other days, visit these pages on the Tai Chi Foundation website:

Testimonial for our Saturday Qigong classes: “This is just to thank you for such enlightening and enjoyable classes. I appreciate how the teaching simplifies (instead of complicates) basic tai chi principles, helping us to understand, enact, and practice them. Through these classes, I am learning for the first time how to actually relax and feel what’s happening, things I’ve been told to do from my first class, but have only begun to experience through these classes. Basic tai chi principles remain the same, but every week they are put in a different light, revealing another facet of the diamond that is tai chi. Thanks again.”

Beginner courses
Our beginner tai chi courses are sequential – we accept new students within the first three sessions. See below for information on our next new beginner classes.
If you are unsure about tai chi or about studying with us, you are invited to be our guest for the first class of any new beginner tai chi course (B1). Pay for the full 12 sessions, including free make-up sessions as needed, only if you decide to continue with us!
